1 - Set up payment and MyPThub

  • Set up your payment details through GoCardless link.

  • Activate your MyPTHub account. (activation email in your inbox)

2 - Complete your assessment form 

  • Open MyPTHub and go to Forms → Lifestyle & Goal Assessment.

  • Fill out and submit the form.

  • Why? This helps create the best training & nutrition plan for you.

3 - Upload progress photos 

  • Open MyPTHub → Progress → Add Progress Photo.

  • Upload full-body photos (front, side, back) in good lighting.

  • Wear fitted clothing (shorts/sports bra or similar).

  • Why? Progress photos help track your transformation beyond the scale.

4 - Track a 3 day food diary 

  • Log everything you eat for 3 full days in MyFitnessPal.

  • How to share your MyFitnessPal diary:

    1. Open MyFitnessPal → Go to Settings

    2. Select Diary Sharing → Change to ‘Public’

    3. Copy the link and send it in MyPTHub under Messages.

5 - Book your strategy call

  • Once all steps are complete, message me in MyPTHub to schedule.

  • Aim to complete everything within 3 days to keep momentum going.
